Annual Congregational Meeting

You are invited to join us on Monday, November 16, for our Annual Congregational Meeting at 6:30 pm in the Activity Center! During the meeting, our new Elders and Deacons will be selected, we’ll be sharing ministry updates and budgets, and we’ll open the floor to you for a Q&A. Childcare will be available during the meeting for kids ages 0-6th grade.

While we are not able to hold our Annual Soup & Pie Dinner in conjunction with this year’s meeting, we encourage you to keep the tradition going in your own homes. Make a pot of soup, gather for dinner as a family, and then join us for a wonderful time of fellowship together. 

While all are welcome to attend the meeting, only TCC members (18+) will be able to vote.
